A dMeasure customer had recently outsourced their web site hosting and management to a specialist third party provider. With the service no longer operating in-house they saw the need to employ an external monitoring service so they could compare the uptime provided to them by the provider as part of their Service Level Agreement to that of an independent source. By using dMeasure they were able to question any anomalies in the reports provided to them by the third party.
